The Kakade House is a bespoke private residential estate developed for an HNI client, comprising three individually planned residences within a 25,000 sq. ft. estate with a combined built-up area of 9,000 sq. ft. Its defining feature is a Kerala-inspired roofscape, giving the estate a strong visual identity while responding to the local climate.
Designed by Ar. Prashant Kapadi, the project reflects close attention to proportion, materiality, and spatial flow.
